Retail & e-commerce

Turn every placement into a reason to come back.

A shelf card, a bag, a receipt, a newsletter. Put a short branded game behind each one and turn it into a code people come back to use, then see which placement brought them back. Play the coupon wheel, the scratch card and the mystery boxes below.

01

Four templates to start from

Each template is a complete campaign: the game, the prizes, the rules and the words on the play page. Starting from one gives you a draft in your brand. Its prizes wait for your own codes, so nothing goes live until your discounts are loaded. Pick a look preset for retail, food and drink or fashion to dress it in one choice.

02

Rewards your checkout already understands

Offer a coupon for a percentage or a fixed amount off, free shipping, a free product or sample, or an offer link. Each reward carries its own details and a validity date, and the play page, the email and the text message say exactly what was won. Upload single-use codes from your e-commerce platform or till; your checkout honours them.

03

A QR code and a tagged link for every placement

Give each place you promote a campaign its own channel: a store window, a till, a flyer, a pack insert. Each one gets a tagged link and a QR code to download as SVG or PNG, ready for print. Every play records the channel it came through, and each channel shows up in your reports.

04

Know when a code is actually used

Winning a reward, receiving it and using it are kept apart, each with its own history. Your till or e-commerce platform confirms a redemption through a signed callback, or you import a CSV of redeemed codes in the console and preview what each row will do first. A code reported twice is redeemed once. An email sent is never counted as a redemption.

05

Reports that separate claimed, delivered and redeemed

See how many rewards were claimed, how many reached people and how many were redeemed, broken down by channel. Previews and test plays are left out, so the numbers reflect real customers.

06

A queue for prizes a person hands over

A free product to post, a gift collected at the counter or a reward whose message could not be delivered opens a task on your brand’s Fulfilment page. Assign it to a teammate, mark it fulfilled with a note or cancel it with a reason. Every change is recorded.
